HEALTHY SMOOTHIES
There are many resources available to let you have a different super smoothie every day. My smoothies each morning are generally a variation of my Super Green Smoothie.
If you are uncertain of where to start I can recommend the Super Smoothies book. bit.ly/16nANBY

Super Greens Smoothie
I start with a milk made from Almond, Coconut, Hemp seed. To which I add a tsp Bees Pollen, Scoop of Mannatech Nutriverus nutritional supplement, scoop of Vital Greens, 2 super green ice cubes, 2 Tbs coconut oil, 2 Tbs Chia seed and top up with water.
I find this smoothie keeps me going all day and at lunch I generally snack on either cheese and chilli or a wholemeal nut butter sandwich.
Evening meal is a normal meal depending on what is available.
At no stage in the day do I feel hungry or desire extra food. Have been completely sugar free for 3 months.

Organic Super Greens
I grow all my greens for my daily smoothies organically. I make my own mulch and compost tea to ensure the food has optimal nutrition.
It is good to be able to walk out to my garden and pick what I need for a meal and to get a supply of Super Greens to prepare for my smoothies.
I usually make up a seven day supply of green ice cubes for my smoothies to which I add other super powered ingrenients.
In this batch I have blended Curly Kale, Tuscan Kale, Chard, Spinach. Mustard greens, Green chilli, parsley and a lemon.
This mix is turned out as ice cubes to put in my smoothies each morning.

No Sugar- stabilised blood sugars
Last year I was in hospital and they measured my blood glucose (18.9) The doctors administered Insulin injections to which I objected, the nurses and diabetes nutritionist said I would be on injections for the rest of my life - I objected and on discharge it was in my notes that I refused treatment.
On the week before Christmas I started not eating sugars and now have reduced the bananas and beets in my smoothies.
Other than loosing 10kg in 10 weeks you can see my blood sugars have stabilised and are getting better each week.

200gm Spinach,
200gm Chard or Silverbeet
50gm Purslain
20gm Parsley
20gm Coconut oil
All ingredients are blitzed in a blender and then frozen in ice cube trays.
